All the staff are very friendly and helpful from the cleaners to barstaff ++ the maintenance staff and reception. The location for us was perfect. The rooms are great everything you need clean towels an bedding regularly brilliant and much needed air-conditioning and all rooms are pool veiw . We could always get a sunbed no matter what time of day pool and grounds area kept really clean. Snack bar , good menu ate there a few time meals were very tasty and responsibility priced can not comment on restaurant as didn't eat there.Only down side which wasn't an issue was no english tv channels and we heard maintenance work going on for a few days. Would definitely recommend this hotel apartment to everyone we have already booked for next year
I recently stayed at the Mur Hotel Buenos Aires and had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions, restaurants, and transport links. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Loved this hotel, so clean and the customer service is top notch. We were celebrating a special occasion and we were left sparking wine and flowers in our room when we checked in. The hotel is so close to the Yumbo centre but you cannot hear anything at all. On our last day, we had to leave the hotel for our pick up at 20-05pm, we paid a extra €20 to have the room till then, absolutely brilliant value for money and saved so much bother too. We had breakfast a couple of times, the food quality was excellent and the choice was good, the ladies that served us was so friendly and a credit to the hotel, the pool bar is also excellent and the staff are so polite and chatty, the prices too are value for money, try the chicken Caesar salad, so yummy. The hotel is so good that we are booked again to come back next year as this is a hotel with heart.
The rooms and hotel itself are spotless, they are cleaned everyday apart from Sundays. The pool area and pool bar is also as clean. The staff are lovely all very friendly and always happy to help. I would personally say it is not for children in this area. The yumbo center is mainly for gay men. But if you walk down to the square which is about 10 mins you have lots of bars and restaurants and all right near the beach. There is a bar across the road called the red cow does a good English breakfast and some lovely evening dinners. Then at night downstairs they have a bar that does quizzes, speed bingo and karaoke. The staff are brilliant in there and great if you want a laugh.
