A chain hotel right on the Playa de Las canteras. location is great if you want to be literally on the beach. the rooms are very basic, without even a coffee machine or tea kettle but efficient, large enough, and even though my room had a balcony looking over the Playa de las canters sound proofing was great and it wasn't noisy. The hotel seems busy but the two elevators were, somehow surprisingly, available almost all the time and quite fast. I was in the hotel for a few days In an academic conference and got to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and I can say that the food is on the disappointing side. there are a lot better options all around. service at the front desk was always nice, efficient and forthcoming, several of the catering stuff at the restaurant however were grumpy and unpleasant. it seems to be popular with Iberia air crews, as we saw several groups of them during our stay, so that probably means something, I didn't pay for it myself so don't know about costs but I don't think it's a very expansive hotel. probably wouldn't have been my first choice for a hotel but as I didn't choose it it was more than ok for a few days professional stay.
Excellent location just steps from the Las Palmas beach promenade. The hotel is exceptionally clean, but what truly stands out is the helpful, service-minded staff. I had an important video meeting during my stay, and the receptionist quickly arranged a quiet workspace with fast Wi-Fi so I could participate without any issues. Highly recommended!
The location is spectacular. There is a significant amount of food offerings just outside the hotel doors and you are steps from the beach. The rooms are nice, bathroom was updated and the beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms did lack a coffee machine and a hot pot for tea. As a consolation, the restaurant did have multiple coffee machines and plenty of hot water for tea but this was only during their posted hours.
I stayed at the hotel during the last week of April. Brilliant hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and fairly modern and the staff are fantastic, especially the waiting staff at breakfast. Can't fault it and I will be staying there again at the end of June 2026. There is a beautiful beach and the local people are so friendly.
The room had a fantastic view and was very comfortable. Just being able to hear the ocean the whole time was fantastic. The restaurant was just great, both the food and the service. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a big hotel, but with an unexpectedly warm and welcoming vibe. I heartly recommend.
