Had an amazing stay over a couple weeks here in total. Super friendly and welcoming environment, hospitality was top notch. Margherita (manager) was an absolute star and so were the hostel staff. Made you feel at home. 100% would recommend.
My experience at this hostel was extremely positive. The place is very clean and well maintained, and you can really see the care put into keeping all the spaces tidy and pleasant. It’s a welcoming environment with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. What truly makes the difference is the management. Margherita, the manager, is always kind, helpful, and smiling. It’s clear that she’s passionate about her job, and that positive energy spreads throughout the whole hostel. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help with anything you need. The welcome feels genuine and warm, and you quickly feel like part of the community. I also really appreciated the activities organized by the hostel — they’re a great way to meet people from all over the world and make the stay more social and fun. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s not just looking for accommodation, but for a real experience made of people, good vibes, and a great atmosphere.

The beds are very comfortable and the shared spaces are perfect for resting, working, or socializing without feeling crowded. The staff and hosts are outstanding: incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need, whether it’s recommendations, support, or just a friendly conversation. Their positive energy and care make a big difference and turn a simple stay into a memorable one. A disappointing stay with several compounding issues. The most serious concern was bed bugs. I was bitten 30+ times, and another guest experienced the same. This alone significantly impacted the stay and was disruptive with changing the rooms, getting clothes washed, and other changes. Additional issues included: - Wi-Fi that was effectively unusable from the room - A noticeable mould smell in the 12-bed mixed dorm bathroom - An iron listed as an amenity but not actually available - Shower temperatures that fluctuated unpredictably - Hostel events were limited and when written on the chalkboard, were said to be outdated There were also noise issues during quiet hours, caused by staff and their friends socializing late at night. The overall atmosphere felt less warm than expected. Staff seem more nonchalant about their work than they should and tend to stick amongst themselves, which reduced the sense of community. Other guests mentioned noticing a weird energy from the staff as well. Also, the hostel layout also doesn’t do much to encourage social interaction, aside from the shared dining table. This review isn’t meant to bash the hostel, but to honestly reflect my experience so others can decide accordingly.
