Description

The experience begins in the Pueblo de Mogán area at a complex of buildings about 200 years old, faithfully restored following traditional Canarian architectural styles. Surrounded by native vegetation and nature, it offers views over the Mogán valley.

During the excursion, you will walk through a cactus garden with scenic trails and learn about local fruits like mangoes, avocados, and soursops. The guide will explain how these fruits and cactus (tunera) are used in Canarian cuisine.

The farm produces the first vermouth in Gran Canaria, offering a unique tasting of both white and red vermouth. You will also enjoy an original dessert called 'Gazpachuelo de mango,' a cold mango and yogurt soup with chocolate cubes.

The standard package includes the visit and vermouth tasting. For a more complete culinary experience, you may choose to add lunch or dinner at the nearby restaurant 'Valle de Mogán,' featuring local dishes made from fresh ingredients.
