The experience was simply wonderful. We got a Groupon for a 45-minute private couples' hydrotherapy session, with a chocolate exfoliation and a subsequent chocolate massage… absolutely amazing! From the very first moment, everything was meticulously taken care of. The staff who attended to us were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we walked in the door. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with an incredible sense of well-being. These kinds of therapies are absolutely essential for the body and mind. We will definitely be back. I received a voucher for a facial and scalp massage. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance, but it was cancelled four hours before my scheduled appointment due to a personal situation, which was completely understandable. They offered to reschedule, and I chose a date two weeks later. On the same day, exactly one hour before my appointment, they told me they might not be able to see me due to another personal situation and didn't know when they could (although they were eventually able to see me that same day, albeit with a slight delay). I'm not saying it wasn't justifiable, but it did demonstrate a lack of professionalism I wasn't expecting. The treatment itself was very good, although it was a bit distasteful that the woman who attended to me started talking about her personal medical condition (a little scatological and inappropriate in a relaxing environment). Even so, she was very friendly.
