Located a 30 minute walk or under 10 minutes in a taxi from the main seaside town this hotel is in a good place if you don't want the town life. The rooms have all the usual you'd expect apart from air-conditioning that doesn't seem to get much below ambient. That and for some reason they turn it off in the early hours. There is a fantastic children's play area with loungers for the parents. Brilliant entertainment for the kid's who seemed to be having a whale of a time. The food is really good, well above expectations with some of the best I've had in recent years. Everything is fresh and the staff are eager to please. Only letdown is the soft drinks dispensers seem to be constantly empty. You can find full one's if you hunt for them but get your drinks before food or it'll be cold by the time you sit down. The poolside is kept really clean with all the bins regularly emptied. The adult only section isn't big enough and if you're not in the line before 10 you probably won't get a lounger. There's 3 ways to get in and it's a bit of a free for all at the stroke of 10. At every pool there's disabled loungers and wide walkways to get about. The evening entertainment is ok with some good singalong performers. Overall this is really for families, I don't think the adult only bit claim should be in the brochure.

Room 3046 has stunning views. Rooms are big and cleaned daily, fresh towels are provided. There is a mini fridge in the room but ours wasn’t the best. Mini fridge is empty no drinks provided. The air con is the room is non existent. It gets very warm in the room even when the air con is on full blast! I would say that needs seeing to asap! The pools are big and clean plenty of option for adults and families and plenty of sun-beds to choose from . The only down side to the pools is that they open at 10am which personally I think it’s quite late (personal opinion). The pool towel exchange is only opened for an hour between 11:00am - 12:00pm and you’re only allowed to change your towels twice (we stayed for a week, may differ depending on the duration of your stay). Unlike other resorts where you get fresh pool towels daily, not an issue but would be nice to be able to change them daily. The adults pool area is nice and relaxing, well maintained. The cabana beds are very comfortable and you can rent them for a day for €25, it’s first come first serve basis unless you book a special package. Food is great, plenty of choice for breaks, lunch and dinner. You have occasional themed nights for dinner. The snack / pool bars have a verity of food also suitable for everyone. The drinks on all inclusive are very basic, cocktails are from a pre made machine, you can upgrade to an all inclusive “premium” but still not all drinks are included and you have to pay for them! The reception bar is lacking some atmosphere- there is no music playing and it seems pretty dead. There are no nibbles provided such as nuts, olives or popcorn which I think would be a nice gesture to have with your drink. The spa area is nice and relaxing, we used the spa facilities and had a treatments done. The staff in the spa are lovely and accommodating, I have also booked a blow dry which was booked on the day! 10/10. The hotel is lovely and accommodating, it’s just lacking some little bits that would make it that extra special. We had a relaxing week, and if that’s what you want the place is for you! This hotel is a very beautiful, clean and modern building located on a huge area and equipped with lots of outdoor and indoor facilites to make your stay excellent in every respect. Staff were kind and helpful with smiling faces every time and check in process was quick and smooth. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Meal was fantastic. There were not only great variety options to choose from but it was tasty, freshly made, thematic and varied. Lots of pools belong to the hotel and each pool, poolside area added with gardens are well maintained and impressive which refers to the whole hotel as well. Location is superb with bus stops nearby which give you an easy access from the airport. I can recommend this excellent hotel to everyone with good heart and thank you for its staff for their hard work. I would definiately return again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful. Amazing for families, we stayed on the maspalomas side, but also has a more adult feel on the tabaiba side. So something for everyone. The facilities are really good, park, splash park, and lots of different pools. Despite the hotel being quite big, we never felt like there was a rush for sunbeds. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They all work very hard and always have a smile on thier face. The room was spotlessly clean. As was the rest of the hotel. The only thing I'd say was it would be nice to have a mug and some tea and coffee, you do get a kettle, but found it a little odd that nothing else with it. However, I just went and bought some. We had a fantastic week and I didn't want to come back! Thankyou ❤️
