Honestly, after reading some of the 1 star reviews I feel like this place gets a bad rep for no reason. Sure, some of the people only speak Spanish, but that’s true for many places around here. It’s easy to get by if you make a good faith effort, and I found that they always met me halfway. I was here 3-4 times and everyone working there treated me with great service and respect! I got the Pulguitas basically every time because they were so good, and I especially loved the pollo pulguita. Can’t speak to the tapas, because after having various Pulguitas I just got more of them every time. They were very helpful when I could not figure out what they were saying as I don’t really speak Spanish at all, and gave me some great local Canarian wine recommendations. Also one of the most affordable places I found here! Would definitely recommend to any of my friends visiting here.
Great location down the side of the Cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff, even though they were short staffed and running about mad. Only had beer/sangria, snacks, coffees and cake. But it was all very good. In a nice little patio, with some tables tucked away in shady areas. Also mostly sheltered if you get a rain shower. Prices were very reasonable and toilets were clean.
I was so excited to see the vegan desserts but I don't think this restaurant does them anymore :(
Had tapas here 19/1/26...have tried quite a few tapas over a lot of Spain...I can honestly say this might be the best I've ever tasted....the vegetable pouches were so delicious...service was very friendly..can't recommend this place enough
