The food was really good. The waiters were so nice. Amazing atmosphere.
I stopped here last night with the family on a whim because the wife wanted fish and chips. It really exceeded our expectations! The decor is so cool and fun, the music is great (bluesy rock type stuff), the staff are nice, and the food was phenomenal, all for a great price. The fish was crispy and tasty, served with a house black garlic mayo sauce that is so good we wanted to buy it off them. I had their house burger which I asked for medium rare and got well done, but the meat was soft and flavorful, so I couldn't be bothered in the end, it was great! The fries were tasty and not too greasy, and the cheese sticks we got for the kids were all eaten up. At the end we got a scoop of ice cream for them each, which can't decorated with frozen fudge and mini cookies. We weren't even halfway though our meal and the wife was insisting that we come again!
Great rock bar in Sonnenland. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food looking at the menu its mainly burgers and meat heavy with only a salad or one veggy burger "Green Peace" @ 13€ that's suitable for vegetarians. There also a couple of starters. Basically if you love barbecue style meat especially with spicey jalapeños you'll love it. Service was quick but we called in early evening for a quick drink. Lots of seating inside and outside both undercover and in the open. Worth a visit just for the rock music and vibe, especially later in the evening. There's also a shop selling rock style clothing and accessories and axe throwing.
