An unforgettable dining experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The food is simply unbelievable—creative, full of flavor, and truly something special. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. One of the best meals I’ve had in Gran Canaria. Highly recommended!
This is a very good restaurant! The food and wine were excellent and the staff very friendly. We ate the tasting menu white wine pairing and every dish was delicious. The only odd thing was that the tasting menu wasn’t on the menu in the restaurant(but on the website). Because of that People might miss that option .
Really enjoyed our evening here (Friday). We were a little confused about what was starter and main (partly because the prices are very reasonable), but that led to being offered a half portion option. The staff were accommodating and polite from the booking phone call through to the end of the evening when we were one of the last tables to leave. A heads up that there wasn’t a taster menu as we’d expected from the website (could be lost in translation!), though we still got to try plenty lovely flavours.
El Equilibrista 33 is, without a doubt, the most amazing restaurant in the Canary Islands. Even after my second visit, it continues to be my absolute favorite dining experience anywhere! The flavors are out of this world — the ceviche, the Curry prawns, and the goat are all unforgettable. Every dish is crafted with such creativity and care. The staff are just as incredible — warm, attentive, and truly make you feel at home. If you’re in the Canary Islands, you must eat here. It’s an experience you’ll remember long after you leave!
