Very good cocktails. We had a Negroni and a Pornstar Martini: both were excellent and well prepared. The service was okay, although the waiters didn’t come to the table very often and we had to go inside to order again. I didn’t like the moment of payment, when we were explicitly asked if we wanted to add a tip. I found it quite rude, especially since tipping is not really part of the culture in Spain, and it made me feel treated more like a tourist than a regular guest.
We had a great experience. The barman was friendly. The drinks were well made and tasted good. The prices are quite cheap. We loved jazz playlist.
Staff are super nice, drinks generous and tasty and the beach view is excellent. Perfect spot to grab a few drinks and chill in the sun - we will be back 💃⭐️🎉
Our absolute favorite bar on Las Canteras! Ginger has the best-priced cocktails in the area and one of the few spots in Las Palmas with actual tequila options — which we appreciate more than they know. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. Peter, Javi, Ana, and Daniel are the heart of Ginger. They’re friendly, attentive, and create an atmosphere that keeps us coming back every time. If you’re on Las Canteras and want great drinks, great prices, and even better people, Ginger is the place to be. 🍹✨
