Every apartment has a different owner. Our apartment has been pretty runned down. There is not much to do in this location as tre is line of buildings along the sea, highway from other side and that's all. Not suitable even for hiking. On the other hand if you are happy to spend your time here in the apartment or by the pool, this is your place.
