The staff are incredibly friendly and work so hard every single day to make sure everyone has a great holiday. The chefs also deserve a special mention: they are very welcoming, and the food is excellent. There is plenty of variety, although you should be open to trying some more unusual dishes. We really enjoyed that. We would definitely recommend the all-inclusive package. There is a great selection of food and an impressive choice of cocktails, so there's always something new to try. The rooms are in lovely little bungalows and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. They are clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The beautiful gardens surrounding the bungalows are a real bonus. If you don't fancy lying by the pool, you can relax on a sunbed in the gardens instead. The swimming pool is also excellent. Although the sunbeds can look busy at times, we always managed to find plenty of free ones. The location is slightly out of the way, but that wasn't a problem at all. There's a taxi rank just a short walk away, and taxis are very reasonably priced. Local buses also run very frequently. We didn't use the hotel's shuttle bus, but it's another convenient option. The hotel is well located if you want to visit Playa del Inglés, Puerto Rico or Puerto de Mogán. The friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere made it a wonderful holiday, and we can't wait to return!

A lovely little resort, rooms are presentable and clean, and the overall vibe of the place is brilliant. The location itself is a bit outside of what’s worth seeing in Maspalomas, but with public transport (or car hire, as we opted for that…) I’m sure you can get to the worthwhile locations outside of the apartment complex; Yumbo, Playa Del Ingles/Morgan etc. Staff are great, peaceful and quiet, and they even have live stage music performances on an evening. If you don’t mind the lower cost of being here but paying the extra to travel around? Go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Just had a week here, a lovely welcoming place, nice garden areas to sit around if you dont want to sit near the pool. The pool is clean and there are plenty of sun loungers including a quiet area with Balinese beds for hire at €5 a day. Pool bar service is good too. Breakfast is typical continental which was ok but I found the evening meal offer average. The bungalows are in blocks of 4. Ours didn’t face the sun but we had 2 sun chairs and 2 loungers on our terrace so could pull them out back to the grassy area. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours. Maid service excellent and they were all friendly. Free Shuttle bus to the beach or half hour walk. We would definitely return.

This hotel is great choice for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It has great facilities and the staff are wonderfully friendly. - could do more on the entertainment side but perhaps that’s why it was child free as the amenities didn’t stretch that far. Not the worse thing but we all like fun. Gym, washing facilities and nice clean pool. It very much ticks all the boxes if you’re not spending all the time inside, and want to venture out. The food is good at dinner but lunch would definitely be the weakest part as you order at the pool bar and it seems just reheated, quick food - some dishes better than others. Avoid the fish. A good stay, but would avoid shrimp and any shellfish as had an awful tummy after eating. Would be better if more options for soups…always vegetable pretty much? The queuing directions were frustrating and it would be a lot less hectic if there was a one way system to stop people going round the wrong way. Breakfast was OK, both the omelettes I had were undercooked as the chef seemed in a rush to serve - I get it - but not ideal….some of the dishes could be better labelled also. And you had to play a game of “which juice is it?” Every morning 🥶 Maids very attentive and staff wonderfully friendly. I think if it wasn’t for the cleanliness, good dinner and friendly staff, and good choice of drinks I would be rating lower - but those things make a stay so we did have a good time but feedback always help.
