Great location here with bus 66 from the airport dropping you just oitside. The rooms here are like small bungalows with the kitchen and living space downstairs and a short slight of stairs for the bedroom upstairs. There's a balcony for hanging clothes and a table and chairs for the outdoors . There is a massive pool which usually has enough space for all guests and there is a pool gym session and activities during the day. The food is decent quality what you pay for really. Alcohol is only included in the all inclusives but if you are out during the day you may prefer a half board. Mostly Spanish speakers with great atmosphere. Reception can get busy at times and there could be queues for assistance. 25 mins walk from the beach and sun dunes or 7 mins taxi for around €6. It is very well connected with direct bus 70 to Aqualand or Palmitos park. I would recommend especially if on a budget. There are supermarkets close by and with the utensils and cooker in your room you could make your own food if you feel to.
Amazing place and i am going here in November. The staff are nice and the lifeguard is amazing. I forgot to do a review on it like 3 years ago. The rooms are lovely and it is one of my favourite hotels ever
We had a great time at this hotel. The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly. There was no problem keeping a bike in the room, which we really appreciated. The pool is very large, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re still thinking about booking this place, go ahead—I can only recommend it.
We stayed at Vistaflor for a full week during Zumba Camp 2026, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and safe. The entire environment is beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the pool area, and everything felt comfortable and well organized throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. A big thank you to Nourdin, Fran, Alberto, and Antonio, and also to the wonderful ladies at the hotel whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The service was top-level the whole week. The food and drinks were great, the entertainment was fun and lively, and the pool area created the perfect place to relax after long days of dancing. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, and the staff were always accommodating whenever we needed anything. Hosting a large group like our Zumba Camp for an entire week is not easy, but the Vistaflor team handled it wonderfully. Their hospitality, positive energy, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a great week — we would happily come back again!
The hotel is a good value for the price you pay. Bungalows desperately need refurbishment. We didn't expect much, and overall it was ok. Half board was a good option for our holiday as we went out after breakfast and returned before dinner. There was always something decent enough to eat, but overall limited options and mostly bland food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaness was good enough, however some days there was no cleaning service. Pool area is very basis, not enough sun beds. Cheesy music, bingo, and similar entertainment, but we didn't mind. We didn't spend much time in the hotel. The location is good, but too far to walk to the beach with kids. It wss difficult to find parking.
