One of the best hotels I ever stayed at in a way of very nice and friendly owners and personal, room clean, perfect location , it could not be better! I was wis my partner and it was just perfect! Would recommend to anyone.
The resort is very beautiful, clean, and located right on the beach- absolutely nothing to complain about there. Unfortunately, there were many issues with the "smart electrical system" (air conditioning, heating system, lights,...), which kept turning on and off randomly and completely ruined sleep for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but in many situations they seemed a bit overwhelmed. The manager was never on site, and the advertised 24/7 phone support did NOT work at all! So if you have any issues with your room, don’t expect much help, especially since the reception is only staffed until 4:00 p.m. In the end, the value for money simply wasn’t there for us. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the manager was not helpful or accommodating in any way.
We had a great holiday here. The location is perfect as you are basically on the beach. The rooms are super too, both the swimming pool and ocean view suites. What makes this hotel stand out though is the staff!! Thanks to Rita, Miguel, Andrea/Tuva and all the others who made every day so special with their friendliness, flexibility and generosity!
We stayed for a weekend in October. The location really couldn’t be better. The hotel itself is nice, modern, comfortable and stylish. The rooms and bar/pool area felt really nice to be in and the breakfast was good, too. Would stay again if we were back in Meloneras.
