Great overall, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars in every single area is that some of the food that was marked as vegan, was obviously not. We didn't stay, but had a day pass and Alejandro at the H2O bar by the adults only pool made the day a lot better than expected. The whole place was well maintained and the experience is thought through. 100% recommend
Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with our stay at Tabaiba Princess. We paid approximately €3,850 for a one-week stay for two adults and one child, so we expected a much higher standard. The hotel is large and looks good in the photos, but once you arrive, it is clear that it is an older property that has only been partially renovated. Our room had scratched and dirty floors, and we also had a problem with ants. The trash bin was not emptied until the third day of our stay. On the positive side, towels and bed linen were changed daily. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the All Inclusive Plus package, for which we paid an additional €280. On the very first day, we discovered that the waffles and pancakes advertised as a benefit of the Plus package were actually available to all guests. The differences between the standard All Inclusive and All Inclusive Plus packages turned out to be minimal, while many drinks and cocktails still required an extra charge. The restaurant service was limited mainly to showing guests to their tables. Dirty dishes often remained on tables for a long time, and ordering drinks required repeatedly reminding the staff. On our first day, we waited around 30 minutes for a glass of wine. We were also very dissatisfied with the way our complaint regarding the All Inclusive Plus package was handled. Instead of trying to find a solution, we felt dismissed and were met with comments that should not be made in a professional hotel environment. The pool areas are very crowded, with sunbeds placed extremely close together. Part of the area is covered with gravel, making it difficult for families with strollers to move around. The gravel also leaves the sunbeds dirty and is carried into the pools. In addition, the attractive poolside daybeds with curtains cost an extra €25 per day. Parking is also insufficient, and finding a space near the hotel can be difficult. The food was tasty and deserves recognition, as does the daily replacement of towels and bed linen. We have stayed in many hotels of a similar category and price range, but this was one of our most disappointing experiences. We are unlikely to choose a Princess hotel again in the future.
Wow was the first thing I said when we walked into the hotel from the minute the holiday started to the minute it ended was just wonderful. The hotel is amazing the staff are amazing very helpful and friendly there is always someone about to ask questions or get pointed in the right direction. The rooms were great bed was very comfortable everything in the room you need air conditioning, fridge, safe, kettle. The bathroom was big with a powerful shower. The room was cleaned daily. The main restaurant was fantastic the food was amazing with different food every day and so much to choose from everything was fresh plenty of drinks to pick from too. The staff constantly taking care of you cleaning the tables and empty plates and glasses. The outside was just stunning the pools are huge with 5 or 6 to choose from kids pools to adults only pool. More then enough sunbeds and seating to use everywhere was so clean and well kept. We so hope we can come back some time I would highly recommend. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel it was just great. Thank you for our wonderful stay with you
