The location is good very close to centro historico de las palmas also very close to bus stops The Wifi was great too! The owner is nice but he needs a reception service I don't know if it's only the problem of the hostel or the people at the hostel. At night the hostel is dirty not comfortable at all it gives a bad impression. But during the day they clean and look somehow nice. Some of the people who came here are very weird and they make the place horrible unfortunately reserved a 4 bed room but 1 got a 6 one The hostel needs more lights and definitely needs a reception The lockers are very small and they need to be changed and placed in a bigger room It's not thaaat bad honestly but it's below normal. The hostel just need some renovations and they should not accept homeless and weird people. At day one you'll definitely not like it but after you get used to. In the end if you are reading my review if you find another hostel more modern even with 6 or 8 beds it will be better because this one doesn't have a 4 bed options even if they mention it.

Guys we absolutely loved our stay! So the location is perfect, the room was comfy, and the staff are just amazing people^^ Especially the main manager- such a friendly, interesting and genuine person who made us feel rlly welcome, thanks bro✌️ We had a great time staying here, met wonderful people and had so much fun oh and the rooftop terrace is definitely the highlight, a great place with beautiful view for chatting, smoking or whatever. Everyone working here is super nice, open and helpful, they respond quickly and make sure you have everything you need. We’d love to come back someday! 🫶
