Perfect yet noisy location directly at Parque San Telmo, opposite the city's main bus station and just a few steps from Calle Triana with loads of shopping possibilities. Very friendly and helpful staff, room was ready on my arrival at about 1 pm. Had a double room for single use with balcony - enough space for myself. Good fridge, water kettle would be nice to have. Quite noisy though since facing the street. Regular, reliable and careful cleaning service. Breakfast available until 10:30 h during the week and until 11:00 h at the weekend. Good variety of harty and sweet things, some warm dishes such as scrambled eggs, vegetables, baked beans. Also choice of Canarian specialties, delicious cakes and a good choice of coffee and other hot drinks. There's a Cafeteria just next to the hotel with snacks and drinks at very (!) reasonable prices. Unfortunately it closes already at 7pm whereas Google maps states 9pm. Gym equipment is not really state of the art, specially cardio machines should be replaced by newer ones, also a leg press and a cable tower instead of the two multifunctional machines would be nicer. All in everything highly recommended and would definitely consider coming back.

Lovely hotel in great location in city centre of Las Palmas. Next to a pretty park with a really nice Modernista period cafe/bar and the bus station where you could find buses to all parts of the island. 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street of Triana with some fabulous shops and 10/15 minutes walk to the historic Vagueta area of the Cathedral and museums. We walked to Las cantaras beach on 3 occasions in around 45 minutes but taxis were plentiful and cheap. We wondered if we would find enough to do in the city for a week ‘s visit but we could have stayed for a month. So many cultural sites, beaches and superb bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was very good; clean rooms and communal spaces.Linen and towels of good quality as were the free toiletries provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Its shining glory was the superb buffet breakfast. I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Fresh bread, fruit, deli meats, smoked salmon. Even filtered coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I was tempted daily by the red velvet and chocolate cakes but succumbed to the daily fresh pastries instead! TV in room had several English news channels and the free safe and fridge were a bonus. Shower was hot and powerful. We will definitely be back to this hotel should we return to Las Palmas.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location, close to the bus station and lovely bars and restaurants. 5 minutes walk up to the old town and cathedral. Our room was great with plenty of room and very clean, the cleaner comes evey day and cleans and changes what you need. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower. All the staff were very helpful, even giving you advice on buses etc. If we were ever to return to Las Palmas I would definitely book this hotel again. I actually prefer this location compared to the north as it seems a bit more looked after and not as boxed in l. The bus station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel and so easy to travel on the buses, which take cash or card payment. If you want to go to Puerto de Mogán get the 91 directo.

A lovely boutique style hotel in an excellent location, close to the bus station and lovely bars and restaurants. Nice stroll up to the old town and cathedral. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. We booked a "superior" room with a small sitting area. The beds are super comfy with 3 pillows of different sizes. The bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower. All staff we encountered were very helpful. If I were ever to return to Las Palmas I would definitely book this hotel again. It is easy to navigate the buses around the island and city itself from the bus station located over the road, less then a 5 minute walk away. The downsides for me were the bar closes at 7 pm and the breakfast buffet, although quite a lot on offer, did not give enough hot dishes (it would be nice to have different types of eggs such as fried, omelettes etc, some sausages and maybe some pancakes) but otherwise is fine for a few days stay. One thing it lacks is a roof top bar which would provide stunning views over the ocean and city. Overall it is a good hotel for a city break and sight seeing but probably not for a holiday if you wished to have a pool and sunbathe.

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean, location was brilliant, and friendly staff. We would highly recommend this hotel for any one looking for a central location to explore Las Palmas. It's right across from the square, and is next to Triana and the Old Town. There are lovely shops and cafes to look in. Locals are very friendly. You can also walk to Catalina and Playa Las Canteras beach in under an hour. It's a straight/flat road all the way to these places, and very easy to walk too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return to this hotel.
