Through the landlord, Jose, we were able to book the airport transfer to the penthouse. This worked perfectly, cost €40, and we were warmly greeted by the lovely Acoraida. We are three middle-aged women and consequently had a lot of luggage. Acoraida was very helpful and even carried all of our luggage up to the penthouse for us. Don't be put off by the empty former Green Oasis Club upon arrival, because as soon as you enter the penthouse, you'll find yourself in an exclusive luxury property where you'll want for nothing. At check-in, we simply asked if there was a safe, and the very next day, one was installed in the wardrobe. We hadn't even asked for it; it was just a question, but apparently, that was enough, and now there's a safe – amazing! Questions via WhatsApp with Jose or Acoraida are answered immediately; you never feel alone. From the entrance to the upper terrace, everything is in excellent, well-maintained condition. If you don't rent a car, there's a taxi rank to the right as you exit the complex (the ride to the Yumbo Center costs €6-7). Even chlorine tablets and test strips for the whirlpool on the rooftop terrace are provided. The kitchen is just like home; you won't want for anything. Since we unfortunately had bad luck with the weather, we were able to cook wonderfully there. We would 100% recommend this property.
Fantastic place, excellent, very large apartment. Comfortable and very clean rooms. The apartment has everything you need, absolutely nothing is missing. Excellent, quiet and very private location, with a private entrance. The highlight of this apartment is the rooftop, something exceptional. Amador and Acoraida were two very helpful people, always ready to help with anything; they even managed to get an item I'd forgotten back to Italy on the day of my departure. Absolutely top notch. Thank you for everything!
