A beautiful hotel, close to interesting sites, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is outstanding and the staff welcoming and very gentle to all guests. Also, very posh design and renovation of the old original building.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room had everything we needed and looked exactly like on the pictures - nicely renovated and no noise from outside (we had a view to the backyard) or neighboring rooms. The breakfast allowed us a perfect start into the day. The hotel offered a choice of one savory and one sweet dish every morning and there were plenty of choices available. They also offer gluten-free options easily. Good coffee is also available. Nice area to eat. Location was perfect. The hotel has no parking, but this was very clearly advertised and the staff advised us where we can park outside of the hotel property - easy to reach by foot. All staff members were extremely kind and helpful. They advised us what to visit, where we can try the best food in the area and the even supported us to get some bookings. We are thankful to the hotel and the staff for the lovely experience in Las Palmas! ☺️
In the middle of vequeta next to the Cathedral, the outside of the building breathes the classic old city vibe. From the moment you enter the hotel you feel home. Every one from desk to housekeeping to cafe is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and restfull fitting the hotel. Everything is well taken care of and clean. Our room with balcony had a beautifull view of the cosy street to the Cathedral, making you feel part of the city. When staying here make sure you never skip breakfast, instead of the standard breakfast buffet a alacart breakfast is served every morning with a wide options, every choice again a great start of the day. Because the hotel isnt to big and the cafe is small and open to the street every morning feels alife and the staff makes you feel like you are home every morning and day. An absolute highlight of our trip, so many thanks to the staff of hotel Masanet.
Just returned from a 5 day holiday. Great hotel and the staff are incredible. The breakfast choice is good and the food is magnificent. Located centrally with 2 bus stations 4 mins and 12 mins away giving access to all parts of the island - excellent service. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the bustling street and was already aware of potential noise which did not bother us as the rooms were spacious and very light. The hotel does advise light sleepers to book an internal room if this is an issue. 5 stars for the rooms because everything was as described - would definitely book again. A whole host of nearby attractions including the cathedral (virtually 200 metres away) and the Columbus museum 5 minute walk from the hotel. Also noticed that the standard and quality of food in the restaurants and bars in the surrounding area is first class - everything we had was freshly cooked and well presented - not expensive.
I absolutely loved the Masanet Emblematic hotel! Great location, beautiful rooms, great breakfasts! But what I really loved the most were the people!! Gabriella, Patrice and Louis were absolutely the BEST!!! So friendly, kind and helpful with everything! My luggage did not arrive with me and they were instrumental in getting my luggage back to me and helping me finding store to buy clothe until that happened. So thank you all again....You are AWESOME!!! XOXOX
