Amazing and very welcoming service from the moment we entered the hotel, the staff are wonderful, we went for the room with the roof top terrace equipped with lounge beds - absolutely fantastic - would highly recommend this room/hotel. The pool, although small, is perfect for what you need it for, with a love view across the harbour.
Very small rooms—you can barely walk past the bed. Clean, with a fairly comfortable mattress, but the bed is too small for two people. Good location. Capsule coffee machine provided, but no capsules—so it was useless. The view was just a wall of another building, which was disappointing. The rooftop pool in the neighboring building is a big plus. Overall: 3 stars. Friendly staff and cleanliness are not quite enough.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel. Service was impeccable, very clean. A very well equipped gym, nice rooftop and great co working space. This Hotel deserves minimum 4 Stars. Highly recommend!
Good for one night as it is close to the cruise terminal. Online booking was easy and checkin in the hotel as well. Our room was located in the 8th floor with city view. Room was big and we had a nice bathroom. But unfortunately it was not cleaned sufficiently. Floor was dusty, shower and bathroom very dirty. I hope that was an exception and is not standard! Employees at breakfast are very friendly, check-in employees bored and a bit unmotivated! 5 stars for breakfast that was included in our room rate. Fresh bread, meat and cheese, good coffee, hot meals like eggs and bacon and sweet corner with chocolate croissants and donuts! We loved it. (Would be great if it could open a bit earlier, 8:00 is a bit late for us ☺️) Although room was not clean, we can recommend the hotel for short stays and would come back!
stayed here for 5 nights in January 2026. paid the premium for the business rooms with a view of the Port. the room was very small and had no wear to sit and relax... no way are these business rooms as the desk is small and there are no international TV channels. there wasn't even any coffee provided even though there was a coffee machine. the fridge barely chills drinks so is a waste of time. the air con kept automatically coming on at full blast at 5am each morning even though I'd switched it off. the desk chair was completely broken. the only good thing was the power shower and view. otherwise, don't bother paying extra for these rooms and just get a normal room which has the same facilities... definitely wouldn't stay here again.
