Great hotel. The air con in the room was not working and the staff moved us to another room with no hassle. The new room was a junior suite and was much nicer than standard room. Food is a bit expensive in the hotel but there are hundreds of options within a 5 minute walk. Great hotel with friendly staff. It’s a 4star rated hotel but definitely a top tier 4*.
Big room nice and quiet. Very close to a good supermarket (and fresh food market) right in the city centre. Not too far from the sea either. Staff were very helpful when asked questions. Breakfast had some great options.
Has no jacuzzi. Hasn't had for 5 years, the staff told me. Nice calm hotel when I was there in a January carnival weekend but there is no sound insulation between rooms.
Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, pedestrian shopping streets, and several different shopping centers. Overall, a wonderful stay
