Had the most amazing stay here. After arrival we were allocated a room with a sea view. The staff were all lovely. I would like a special mention to a waitress called Clarice, her welcome to us every evening was so special. Nothing was too much trouble.
I have already stayed at this hotel twice and will definitely return again. The hotel enjoys a prime location right on the beautiful Playa de Las Canteras beach. The sea-view rooms offer breathtaking views and the picturesque sunsets can be enjoyed directly from the balcony while relaxing at the end of the day. The rooms are also very well appointed and tastefully furnished. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance, and everything you need for a carefree stay is close at hand. The hotel staff are exceptionally courteous, helpful and do a fantastic job every single day. ¡Muchas gracias por todo y hasta la próxima! 😊
This was the second time we have stayed here within a year, with the last time being in October 2025. On both occasions we have had a wonderful holiday experience. All the staff are very friendly with a special mention Elena, who looked after us at the bar and Jose who welcomed us on our arrival and informed us of what was going on in the city during our stay, even taking the time to go outside with us showing us where to get a bus to a destination we wanted to go to. We upgraded this time for a sea and pool view which was excellent. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels. We opted for bed and breakfast only as we wanted to try different restaurants for our evening meal, however the option is there for half board or just to pay for an evening meal occasionally if wanted. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of options to suit all. If we return we will certainly stay at this hotel again. The location is also perfect, right on the beach and promenade.
A perfect, comfortable seaside escape with my mum! The hotel’s amenities were just what we needed for a relaxing trip. We spent our mornings enjoying the delicious, freshly cooked breakfast and our afternoons relaxing on the beach. It was the perfect blend of comfort, excellent service, and a beautiful beachside location. Having a half board option was an excellent choice for us. This was my second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back!
The location is absolutely great. Las Canteras beach is simply amazing. Safe at every time of day, well taken care of & clean, beautiful, cheap rent for umbrellas and sunbeds and friendly people who will rent them out to you. Illuminated 24h a day. Oh and it's never overcrowded. The hotel itself is also great. Very friendly staff. Very nice hotel pool, well suited for swimming a few laps. Great breakfast. Also the breakfast area is one floor above ground level so you have a really pretty view of Las Canteras beach and the sea during breakfast. Love it.
