Our stay here was absolutely perfect and made our trip to Gran Canaria even more special. The hotel is spotless, very well maintained, and the service truly feels five-star from the moment you arrive. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The 24/7 reception team always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our apartment was cleaned every day and always smelled fresh and pleasant afterwards. We stayed in room 302, which was wonderfully quiet — we never heard any noise from neighbors, making it very relaxing and peaceful. The view was also beautiful, with stunning sights of the sea and the surrounding area. The location is another huge plus: everything is nearby and easily accessible. Thank you to the entire team for the amazing hospitality and excellent service. We would happily stay here again!
