Best hotel in Las Palmas !!! Honestly, girls in the reception saved my life. I initially booked another hotel called Exe and when I went to that hotel I realized that the hotel is infected with mold. I couldn’t sleep at night since I have allergy to mold and it’s actually poisonous for human health. When I was looking for a new hotel to stay, I found Catalina Plaza and they immediately booked me in, helped me with my stuff. This hotel is extremely clean, so close to the beach and the bus station, and has a great breakfast. The rooms are facilitated with electronic devices so everything is user friendly. I recommend Catalina Plaza to everyone, it’s safe, clean and really nice ! Also they have jakuzi at the rooftop which you can book in advance.
The perfect location for me. 5 mins walk to the beach and the aquarium. 2 mins walk to the bus stops for the historic part of the city. Lovely staff, very nice room and lovely food
Lorena at reception was perhaps the nicest, friendliest and helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. Got a nice room, (Number 206)spotlessly clean. Pretty sure that the room was prepared by a wonderful and helpful Filipino lady. Very comfortable bed, elegant electrically-operated curtains. Overall, a lovely room with good sound insulation. Great bathroom One minor gripe which may only apply to this room🪥The external window in the bathroom didn't have a curtain. Therefore street lighting lit up the bathroom. That in itself was not a problem. However the bathroom had a frosted glass doors which allowed a lot of light from the bathroom to pass through to the bedroom
Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, 5 mins from Santa Catalina bus station, 5 minutes from the beach. Rooms were modern and clean, lovely staff. Added bonus of a hot tub on the roof. Nice roof area with lovely views. The hotel was very reasonably priced and mostly quiet given the central location. Very enjoyable stay and Las Palmas is definitely worth checking out.
I had a fantastic stay! Everyone from the staff was very friendly, the room was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was a great plus. They also kindly allowed me to do an early check-in, and booked a taxi for me. The location is perfect: in the city center, close to the beach and to many bus stops. Definitely recommended!
