Begin your lesson with a warm welcome and an introduction to the necessary equipment and safety procedures. Prepare your body with stretching and warm-up exercises before the practical session.
Learn surfing fundamentals on the beach, including popping up on the board, balance, and wave positioning. Spend two hours in the water with instructor guidance, catching your first waves safely.
