Description
Fly over Gran Canaria with a local pilot born and raised on the island, offering a blend of local knowledge, storytelling, and professional safety. Your adventure starts with a detailed safety briefing from certified paragliding pilots.
You will be securely fastened into a comfortable harness attached to the pilot and a large gliding wing. Takeoff involves a short jog down a gentle slope, after which you will ascend smoothly into the air. The flight lasts 15-20 minutes depending on weather conditions, with calm and peaceful gliding over the landscape as pilots point out key landmarks and provide insights into the area's history and its connection to the film.
Following the flight, the tour continues with a visit to the nearby Cenobio de Valerón. This archaeological site features over 300 caves and silos carved into the cliff face by pre-Hispanic inhabitants, showcasing remarkable ancient engineering and offering a glimpse into the island’s past.
