Description
The hike takes place in the last laurel forests found in Doramas Natural Park, reminiscent of ancient jungle landscapes. The route starts with a descent through a gorge rich in undergrowth, continuing through varied scenery with views over Valle de la Virgen.
Following the path through Vuelta del Camello to the Zumacal gorge, participants break for lunch. After the picnic, the trail ascends through a lush gorge featuring large eucalyptus trees, passing lemon and orange groves along the way. During winter, guests can pick blackberries.
This 7.5 km trek combines natural beauty with local agricultural insights and is suitable for those comfortable with moderate trails.
