Description
After meeting your expert guide in Maspalomas, begin your electric bike tour through the city's natural surroundings. Ride towards Ayagaures, a village set in the hills, crossing a lush valley filled with palm trees, cacti, wildflowers, and other native plants.
On the way, explore the vast golden sand dunes of Maspalomas along the coastline. Then visit Parque del Sur to learn about the island's main tropical plant species.
At the top of Ayagaures mountain, pause for a 10-minute break to enjoy a soft drink made from tropical fruit in a bar located inside an ancient aboriginal cave. For an additional €15 per person (minimum two participants), you can sample traditional Canarian tapas, except during July and August when tapas are unavailable.
Continue to the Ayagaures Dam and stop at a scenic bridge overlooking the reservoir. The return journey is mostly downhill, adding a bit of adventure as you cycle back to the starting point.
