Rêver-ravintola sijaitsee C. Armas, 7 Veguetassa, Las Palmas de Gran Canariassa, ja se tarjoaa ainutlaatuisen ruokailukokemuksen, joka keskittyy aitouden ytimeen ja kehittyneisiin kulinaaritekniikoihin. Ravintolan missio on herättää asiakkaidensa aistit, keskittyen luonnollisiin makuihin ja jokaisen ainesosan taustalla oleviin tarinoihin. Ottaen inspiraatiota haute ranskalaisesta keittiöstä, Rêver-ravintola sekoittaa nämä elementit saumattomasti kansainvälisiin kulinaarisiin vivahteisiin, luoden ruokalistan, joka heijastaa sekä innovaatioita että perinteitä.
Tunnelma on hienostunut mutta vaatimaton, kutsuen ruokailijoita nauttimaan gastronomisesta matkasta, jossa tuotteen laatu on ensisijainen. We came here following their recent Michelin appearance. As suggested by the guide we got the tuna tartare which indeed came as a very pleasant surprise so if you’re into raw fish I would definitely recommend you get it! We also got the Cod, which honestly was kind of disappointing. The cod itself was extremely salty but perfectly cooked, although I would have enjoyed more a crispy skin for a mix of textures as the potatoes are soft as well, but nevertheless very good especially with the sauce! The bread service wasn’t the best either as the bread was cold, but it was saved by the goat butter I believe and the traditional tomato salad which were really good. Can confirm that the waiters don’t speak english at all I wanted to ask him for what he would recommend I get but he didn’t really understand. Atmosphere is decent not the best, the other review with the lighting describes it perfectly. Would recommend but skip the Cod.
An exceptional dining experience that truly reflects Michelin standards. Every dish was beautifully presented, balanced, and full of depth, showing great respect for ingredients and technique. The service was attentive without being intrusive, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the evening. The atmosphere was refined yet relaxed, allowing the food to take center stage. A memorable experience from start to finish—definitely a place worth returning to.
No doubt; the food was great. Portions were huge, we had 2 courses and could not finish them all. However, the atmosphere was very stiff: lighting was very intense and white, there was no music. We were served an English menu upon request, but the waiter refused to talk English, even though we overheard him speaking English pretty well to other guests. The starter was served no more than 5 minutes after ordering and there was only 15 minutes between starter and main dish. Considering the pricing of the restaurant, a night-filling dinner was expected, but we spent only 75 minutes inside. When paying, the waiter asked for a “tip” (the first English spoken to us after asking us if we wanted the menu in Spanish or English) directly after putting the bill and payment terminal on the table. It was not a pleasant experience at all. This place is only in the Michelin Guide for the food.
