Upon arrival, the estate’s Maître Sommelier will lead you on a mini-tour of this architectural gem. Discover the rich history of the property, its traditional stone walls, and its deep connection to local culture.
Following the tour, the hands-on masterclass begins. The Sommelier will introduce you to the fresh, premium ingredients that define an authentic Spanish sangria. Learn the perfect balance of wine, fruit, and spices, along with a unique local twist: infusing the blend with iconic Canarian Ron Arehucas rum.
